摘要:
目的 了解肝癌患者手術后自我飲食管理的真實體驗與心理感受,為制定護理干預措施提供有力依據。方法 收集2017年11月在我院行肝癌手術的患者臨床資料,樣本量按照資料飽和的原則確定,最終訪談15例,采用質性研究中的現象學方法,通過半結構式深入訪談,分析患者自我飲食管理主要存在的問題。結果 患者自我飲食管理主要存在的問題包括對術后飲食管理的重要性認知不足、獲取營養知識存在困難、自我飲食管理體驗困難。結論 護理人員應指導患者重視術后飲食自我管理,加強飲食宣教,提供多種學習途徑以供患者獲取營養知識,制定出符合患者情況的護理干預措施,協助患者建立良好的飲食習慣,提高患者的自我飲食管理效能感,積極展開延續護理,提高患者生活質量。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the real experience and psychological experience of postoperative self-catering management in patients with liver cancer, and to provide a strong basis for the development of nursing interventions.Methods The clinical data of patients undergoing liver cancer surgery in our hospital in November 2017 were collected. The sample size was determined according to the principle of data saturation. The final interview was 15 cases. The phenomenological methods in qualitative research were used to analyze the main problems of patients' self-diet management through semi-structured in-depth interviews.Results The main problems of patients' self-diet management include lack of awareness of the importance of postoperative diet management, difficulty in obtaining nutritional knowledge, and difficulty in self-catering management.Conclusion Nursing staff should guide patients to pay attention to post-diet self-management, strengthen dietary education, provide a variety of learning pathways for patients to obtain nutritional knowledge, develop nursing interventions that meet patient conditions, help patients establish good eating habits, and improve patients' Self-catering management efficacy, active development of continuous care, improve the quality of life of patients.
