摘要:
目的 探討卡介菌多糖核酸BCG-PSN聯合308 nm準分子光對尋常型白癜風患者外周血Treg細胞的影響。方法 選取2013年9月~2017年5月我院收治的尋常型白癜風患者120例設為治療組,采用隨機數字表法分成Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組,各60例。Ⅰ組采用308 nm準分子光單獨治療,Ⅱ組聯合卡介菌多糖核酸肌注。另選取同期我院健康體檢者30例作為對照組,比較治療組與對照組外周血Treg細胞比值、治療組不同分期外周血Treg細胞比值、各組治療前后外周血Treg細胞比值以及Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組治療總有效率。結果 治療組外周血Treg細胞比值低于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);進展期外周血Treg細胞比值低于穩定期,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);與對照組比較,Treg細胞比值均降低,且進展期下降更明顯;治療后Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組Treg細胞比值均較治療前升高,且Ⅱ組升高更為明顯,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);治療后Ⅰ組Treg細胞比值低于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);Ⅱ組治療總有效率高于Ⅰ組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 BCG-PSN可以通過增加Treg細胞水平提高患者細胞免疫功能,臨床療效確切,安全性高,不良反應少,值得臨床應用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of BCG-PSN combined with 308 nm excimer light on peripheral blood Treg cells in patients with vitiligo vulgaris.Methods 120 patients with vitiligo vulgaris admitted to our hospital from September 2013 to May 2017 were enrolled in the treatment group. They were divided into group I and group II by random number table, 60 cases each. Group I was treated with 308 nm excimer light alone, and group II was combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid. In addition, 30 healthy subjects in our hospital were selected as the control group. The ratio of peripheral blood Treg cells in the treatment group and the control group, the ratio of Treg cells in the peripheral blood of the different treatment groups, the ratio of Treg cells in the peripheral blood of each group before and after treatment, and the groups I and II. The total effective rate of treatment in the group.Results The ratio of Treg cells in the peripheral blood of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group , the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The ratio of Treg cells in the peripheral blood was lower than that in the stable phase, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the ratio of Treg cells decreased, and the progression decreased. Obviously, the ratio of Treg cells in group I and group II increased after treatment, and the increase in group II was more significant , the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The ratio of Treg cells in group I after treatment was compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of group II was higher than that of group I , the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion BCG-PSN can improve the cellular immune function of patients by increasing the level of Treg cells. The clinical efficacy is clear, the safety is high, and the adverse reactions are few, which is worthy of clinical application.
