摘要:
肝癌是目前臨床上最常見的惡性腫瘤之一,其早期診斷的困難導致了后期治療的不理想化,因此肝癌的死亡率常年居高不下。現有的研究結果顯示,多種miRNA的表達在正常人群和肝癌患者群體的組織甚至體液中的表達量有很大的差異。miRNA可能在肝臟腫瘤的發生發展中起到了至關重要的作用。本文就肝臟的生理功能、肝細胞癌的發生發展、常規診斷、miRNA與肝癌的關系等方面的研究作一綜述。
Abstract:
Liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the clinic. The difficulty in early diagnosis leads to the unsatisfactory treatment in the later stage. Therefore, the mortality of liver cancer is always high. The existing research results show that the expression levels of various miRNA are significantly different in the tissues and even body fluids of normal populations and liver cancer patient populations. miRNA may play a crucial role in the development of liver tumors. This article reviews the physiological functions of the liver, the development of hepatocellular carcinoma, routine diagnosis, and the relationship between miRNA and liver cancer.
